3. Service Commitment: Given the duration of our packages (often 3-5 hours), blocking specialist time is a serious commitment. BTime OÜ reserves the right to request a deposit for new VIP bookings.
4. Confidentiality: We guarantee total discretion regarding the identity and treatments of our high-profile and corporate clients.
5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be settled in Estonian courts.

2. Service Refunds: Because of the intensive time, labor, and premium product costs involved in our comprehensive programs, we do not offer refunds on completed services. If adjustments are required, they must be requested within 48 hours.
3. Product Returns: Unopened retail or clinical products purchased at the agency (including items from our Exclusive Retail Products line) can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days with original proof of purchase.
